I know that talking to yourself is not healthy but right now I feel like I need to do that. Things are going very good for me at the moment. I think that having a healthy discussion with yourself is fine to do, so long as your not doing it in public. My social stability has not been the same since I had my traumatic brain injury, I get easily confused and being in a social setting is very uncomfortable for me. I have not tried to address this issue yet but I think that this is the next step I need to take on in order to regain some of the person that I used to be before my traumatic brain injury.
