I have learned that thinking positive is the only way to be truly happy in life. If you think about the negative parts of your life it will burden you. I have known this but have just started to put it into action. It’s definitely not an easy thing to do, but then again it’s better than thinking negatively. I am so happy that I deleted my social media accounts, it has made me be more in the moment and live life to the fullest. I am only 28 and have so much more life to live, so I am stopping feeling sorry for myself and making positive steps in my recovery from my traumatic brain injury.
